Located at the heart of Irais, a peaceful village with boulangerie, it is a short drive from bustling Airvault and within easy reach of Poitiers, Saumur, Montreuil Bellay and Richelieu. The 10m by 4m oval shaped pool is open from Easter to mid September. The fenced-in patio area features a large BBQ and space for 10-12 sun loungers. The pool conforms to strict French laws. Both gates at either end are lockable and a pool alarm is provided free of charge. The Spacious Garden
Maison du Tilleul is set in large private grounds with plenty of room for kids (or grown ups) to play boule or have a kick about, while others relax by the pool or slumber in a deck chair under a pear or walnut tree. There is plenty of private secure parking for two or even three cars. The Winery
In the grounds of the house are old barns and a former ‘winery’; while now derelict this beautiful piece of French architecture has a charm of its own.
